Quick Searches allows you to search listings in common categories with a minimal set of related criteria. The common Quick Search categories are:
New Listings - Designed to search for new listings of properties on the market within the last 2 days.
New Homes - Designed to search for homes that were built in the last 2 years.
Address - Designed to search for listings with a specific street address.
MLS Number - Designed to search for listings by MLS numbers.
Low Payment - Designed to search for listings with a Cash to Mortgage between $0 and a Maximum Range.
Foreclosure - Designed to search for listings either owned by a financial institution or are currently in foreclosure.
Estate - Designed to search for listings that are offered by executors of an estate when a person passes on.
Access the Quick Searches section of the web site by clicking on the Listings then Quick Searches links in the navigation bar.
Click on the tab for the corresponding search that you wish to perform: A thin orange line will indicate that you have selected the tab.
Select or type in your desired search criteria into the form. Use no criteria for all listings within the corresponding search. (For help using forms see the Using Forms topic under "Getting Started")
Select the Type of Listings you wish to search within:
Choose your display option using the Display Drop Down Menu:
Flysheet - A one line list with no pictures with links to the main details page.
Quick List - A medium sized listing with a small picture and links to the main details, printable, and feature sheet displays.
Detailed List - A large listings complete with a full sized picture, links to each display page, and a detailed agent contact footer complete with picture.
Click on the Search Button at the bottom of the tab to submit your criteria and view the results:

Tip: If your search returns no results, simply click your back button in your internet browser and change your criteria.
Note: You can save searches and return to them at a later date or have them e-mailed directly to you.
